How It Works

Book a date and time that works for your family or your group. If available times don’t work for you then email us and we will try to find a time that works.

Answer the questions on the booking page that help Santa be able to relate to your child and ask them about things they like the best.

You will receive a confirmation email. You have the option to re-schedule if necessary. Cancelling is also an option but we hope you re-schedule.

You will receive a reminder email 2 days before the visit and a text confirmation 6 hours before our visit. Santa always tries to arrive on time but will text you if delayed for traffic or other reasons.

Santa and his Elf will spend 10-20 minutes talking to the children who are part of your visit. Take all the pictures you want. Santa will try to provide a small gift selected for each child as well as a candy cane. We let the special needs child dictate how close we get and how much they want to interact with Santa.

It is our pleasure to offer this service to your family. Please do not try to give us money, gift cards, or presents. The best thing you can do to thank us is to say, Thank-you, and then recommend us to others who can benefit from our visit.

You will receive a thank-you email the day after our visit. We sincerely solicit your input on what we can do to improve your visit experience. Suggestions can be about our website content, booking ease, or how we interact with the children.
